Description
An original BRASS SHOE for use with Stanley marking gauges by STANLEY. This old hardware stock item was designed to fit under the locking screw to keep the screw from abrading the upper surface of the gauge. There are raised stops on each side to keep the shoe from being separated from the gauge. The protective feature did not function when someone removed the head of the gauge from the beam and dropped the part where it could not be found. Length = 1.13 Inches (Ref.
